myOrb requesting system is an interoperable parallel platform that gets real-time requests communicated with hospitals through it’s fully managed health information exchange.

Patient dashboard

This displays the patients cardiology exam history, with real-time status updates and information. Doctor’s will have full visibility into the all the necessary information to provide them with updates and access to modify the patient’s requests.

Managing requests is also available from the dashboard with a range of options to inform GP’s of the patient outcome. The status colour will change and the new updated status will show accordingly.

From the dashboard, doctors can print, triage or cancel a request, amongst other options. This will then instantly notify the GP to update their end on any changes that have been made.

Enhanced GP requesting to allow for full transparency 

With electronic requesting, GPs have access to all the available patient information, to be able to accurately request the relevant treatment.

From this, they are able to track real-time patient progress with alerts and notifications. This means that accuracy and timing of patient updates are greatly improved.

This allows for high-level communication between the GP and hospital to ensure that the patient progress is being tracked and updated constantly.

Reporting and dictation are enabled from any location and creates a network of specialists, which is expandable to any speciality.
